The horizontal plate is mounted with the sensing part to be movable in the barrel direction of a roll or the vertical direction thereof. The sensing part measures the distance with the roll. The driver transmits power to the sensing part to move on the horizontal plate. The data processing part receives data measured in the sensing part, calculates the average value of roll radius to make into a graph in order to compare the average value with the actual measurement value of roll radius, and provides the graph to a worker.
