    • The present invention relates to a composition comprising dentin phosphoprotein as an active ingredient to promote the adhesion or proliferation of dental pulp cells; and to a method to induce the adhesion or proliferation of dental pulp cells, which comprises a step of treating dental pulp cells with the dentin phosphoprotein. It has been verified that the proliferation of dental pulp cells is promoted, cell-adhesion ability increased and the differentiation of the dental pulp cells into odontoblasts can be promoted using recombinant human dentin phosphoprotein capable of being mass-produced by an expression vector. Therefore, the recombinant human dentin phosphoprotein in the present invention can widely be used to promote the proliferation and adhesion of dental pulp cells in the field of developing a tissue-engineering material related to the recovery and regeneration of teeth and osseous tissue, a dental therapeutic agent for osteanagenesis, and a dental medicine.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silver nanoparticle using ionic liquid is provided to manufacture uniform sized silver nanoparticle using silver precursor and ionic liquid without separate reducing agent and stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silver nanoparticle using ionic liquid comprises the following steps: mixing hydrophilic organic solvent solution including silver precursor with hydrophobic ionic liquid; mixing hydrophobic organic solvent solution including silver precursor with hydrophilic ionic liquid; and ultrasonic wave processing the mixture. The silver precursor is either silver complex or silver halide. The hydrophobic ionic liquid includes one of organic cation which is selected from dialkylimidazolium, alkylpyridinium, quaternary ammonium, and quaternary phosphonium, and one of negative ion which is selected from an anionic group including SbF6-, PF6-, NTf2- (Trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide, etc. The hydrophilic ionic liquid is one of organic cation which is selected from dialkylimidazolium, alkylpyridinium, quaternary ammonium, and quaternary phosphonium, and one of negative ion which is selected from an anionic group including NO3-, BF4-, AlCl4-, Al2Cl7-, AcO-, TfO- (Trifluoromethanesulfonate), (CF3SO2)2N-, and CH3CH(OH) CO2-(L-lactate), etc.
