摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of flame retardant construction materials which recycles the wasted rice straw, corn stems, chaffs, nut husks or like so that it helps to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the flame retardant construction materials is characterized by comprising the steps of: (i) treating plant fiber like the rice straw, the corn stems, the chaffs and the nut husks by a flame retardant agent and coating the plant fiber with the flame retardant agent; and (ii) mixing the plant fiber coated with the flame retardant agent with a binder, a foaming agent, a surfactant, a hardening catalyst and an additive, putting them to a mold and molding in a foamed state or molding without adding the foaming agent.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a dye for leather which is harmless to human, shows excellent permeability and fixation when leather is dyed, and is excellent in leveling. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing dye for leather comprises the steps of (i) dispersing titanium dioxide, silica, alumina, carbon black, and etc. which are mineral particles in aqueous solution containing a dispersing agent or an emulsifier and a mixture thereof, (ii) adding hydrophilic monomer to resulting solution to make the surfaces of the particles be hydrophobic, and (iii) adding the hydrophobic monomer to the solution and copolymerizing the monomer and the mineral particles to encapsulate the surfaces of the particles with the monomer.
