    • The present invention relates to a spirulina red bean jelly and a method for producing same. The spirulina red bean jelly contains spirulina that enables an eater to easily take in essential amino acids and essential fatty acids and to maintain and improve health. The spirulina red bean jelly comprises, based on the total weight of a red bean jelly: spirulina of 1 to 15 wt%; a white bean jam of 30 to 70 wt%; sugar of 2 to 25 wt%; agar of 1 to 15 wt%; and starch syrup of 1 to 15 wt%. The method for producing a spirulina red bean jelly of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) producing an agar liquid by heating agar and water; (b) producing a first mixture by adding a white bean jam in the agar liquid; (c) producing a second mixture by mixing water, spirulina, sugar, and starch syrup with the first mixture; (d) heating and concentrating the second mixture; and (e) cooling the concentrated mixture.
