    • PURPOSE: A 3D display device and a manufacturing method of a diffraction grating device of the 3D display device thereof are provided to increase speed of a manufacturing process and manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Photosensitive polymer solution, electrochromic material solution, a first transparent conductive substrate, and a second transparent conductive substrate are provided(S11). The amount of photosensitive polymer solution and the amount of electrochromic material solution are mixed to generate diffraction grating manufacturing solution(S12). The diffraction grating manufacturing solution is sealed in between the first transparent conductive substrate and the second transparent conductive substrate for not leaking the diffraction grating manufacturing solution(S13). Solar rays is irradiated the diffraction grating manufacturing solution through a photo mask, and the diffraction grating manufacturing solution is polymerized to be a transparent fence phase separation member(S14). A diffraction grating device is provided to one side of a display device. The first transparent conductive substrate and the second transparent conductive substrate are connected electrically to an electrode unit. The diffraction grating manufacturing solution and the fence phase separation member are to be the diffraction grating device of a 3D display device by generating a diffraction grating effect of shading(S15).
