CONSTITUTION: A quick coupling apparatus comprises a press member for fixing a coupled plate(40) at an end of a fixing rod(30) and pressing a coupled member(10); a lead-in member for leading the coupling plate into the end of the fixing rod; a fixing rod guide member for sliding the coupling plate around the center of the fixing rod; and a fixing rod stopper member for preventing the coupling plate from sliding from the fixing rod. A quick coupling method is characterized in that a bolt having an end coupled with a nut(33) is led along a bolt guide line having a width larger than the diameter of the bolt, and the nut is slightly rotated, to thereby couple two or more components in a quick and safe manner.

The washing object(61) continuously introduced into the cleaning system is subject to the various cleaning cycles in the order of the impurity removing cycle, cleaning liquid injecting cycle, main cleaning cycle, rinsing cycle, and water cleaning cycle. A box(60) containing the washing object(61) is moved by an automatic conveying device. A fixing system is installed at a lower portion of the conveying box transferring device(70) so as to perform the impurity removing, cleaning liquid injecting, main cleaning, rinsing, and water cleaning functions.

    • PURPOSE: A caterpillar elevator is provided to keep the safety and operation of an elevator even if a hoister is broken and to enable an elevator to travel on a curve. CONSTITUTION: An elevator(11) is installed between vertical posts having a cross bar(1) and a vertical bar(2). A caterpillar device(21) is connected to the upper or lower portion of the elevator. A driver is operated by rotating the drive motor of the caterpillar device. The driver rotates a chain. Thus, the elevator is lifted up and down. A chain surrounds an upper driver and a lower driver. Teeth are formed on the chain. To engage the teeth, axial distance of the driver is sustained. The distance between the upper driver and the lower driver is kept to be several times more than the interval between cross bars. Thus, at least two of teeth are engaged. Even if one tooth is broken, the other teeth endure a load. Therefore, the elevator is operated even when the tooth or the cross bar is broken. Since a body is combined with the elevator via pins, the elevator smoothly travels on a curve.

    • 일반적으로산업용대구경배관은배관자체의하중과외력, 열팽창등을흡수할수 있도록행거나서포트로지지되어있다. 이러한배관은운전중발생하는열변형이나, 설비보수등에의하여하중의작용점등이변화하여변형이발생할 경우경우행거에당초설계하중이작용하지않고하중변화가발생하게된다. 이와같은예측치못할변형이나사고를사전에예방할수 있도록행거의하중을측정하여적정량에서벗어나는하중만큼을분산시켜보일러지지장치전체에균일하중이작용하도록하여배관의건전성을확보할필요가있다. 사용중인배관의건전성을확보하기위해서는우선행거를배관에설치되어있는상태에서행거에가해지고있는하중량을평가할수있어야하고, 하중평가가끝나면손상된행거를교체하거나보수하기전에당해행거에인가된하중을주변행거로이동시키지않고작업할 수있도록보조장치를만들어하중을보조장치로이동시킨후 행거를분해하여야만배관의건전성이유지된다. 배관을지지하고있는행거에가해지는하중을측정하기위한설비는유압실린더와로드셀, 상하부지지대로구성되는보조장치를사용한다. 유압실린더에압력을증가시키면서행거로드의변위를측정하면압력의증가에비례하여서서히변위가증가하다가어느변위이상에서는갑자기변위량이급변하면서그동안압력-변위관계와는불연속선을그린후다시기울기가증대된상태로압력-변위선도를이용하여작용하중을측정한다. 행거에가해지는보조행거로드로이동시키기위한하중의작용점은배관클램프의연결볼트에보조행거로드연결봉을이용한다. 배관에설치되어하중을받고있는상태에서손상된행거를떼어내거나분해, 조립하고자할경우당해행거를배관으로부터분리시키기전 행거에가해지는하중을보조행거로드로이동시킨후 작업을하여야한다. 행거신뢰성평가는중간행거로드와하부행거로드를분리시킨후중간행거로드하부에턴버클을고정하고그 위에하부지지대를설치한다. 행거가지지되어있는철골의적절한위치에고정된변위측정장치는행거로드나행거핀에연결되어행거로드의변위를측정할수 있다. 유압실린더의상부에압력을가하면행거로드는수직하부로이동하게되며하중의증가에따른변형이유발된다. 건전성평가용행거보조장치의로드셀의출력과변위측정장치의출력은신호변환장치를거쳐데이터기록장치로입력되어변위와하중간의관계를그래프로출력하게된다. 하중-변위선도를평가하여행거의건전성을평가할수 있다.

    • 본발명은플랜트의장기운전이나배관을흐르는유체에이물질이많이섞여흐를경우밸브씨트와디스크가마모되어밸브를전폐하여도누설이발생하여플랜트사이클효율을저하시킨다. 플랜트의장기운전이나유체중에함유된이물질이밸브씨트와디스크에마모를유발시켜밸브가누설될경우누설을방지하기위한보수작업과밸브를최초로제작할때 씨트와디스크를래핑하는래핑작업을자동화하는데본 발명의목적이있다. 종래에는수작업에의하여래핑을함으로서래핑후에도밸브가누설되는작업오차가많이발생하고작업비용이많이들어비경제적이었다. 그러나, 본발명에서는밸브씨트와디스크를래핑할때에씨트와디스크가전면적이골고루접촉하면서일정하게표면처리되도록일전한힘으로씨트를장치와씨트와디스크가원형을그리며돌도록회전축이자동적으로중심을잡아주는구형자동조심장치, 인위적으로래핑축의각도를유지하는경사각조절장치를개발하고, 하나의래핑장치로서여러사이즈의밸브를래핑할수 있도록융통성을주고자하였다. 특히, 밸브를현장에서절단하여공장으로가져오지않고배관에설치된상태에서작업이가능하도록하였다. 밸브를공장으로반입하지않은플랜트현장에서밸브커버만을분해하고밸브래핑장치를설치하여자동으로래핑작업을수행하기위하여밸브몸체위에다양한사이즈의밸브에도조립이가능하도록볼트홈을가공하고, 조립용볼트로서밸브몸체와래핑장치를고정한후 모터에설치된스프링의장력을조절하여래핑디스크가씨트를누르는힘의정도를조절하면서씨트와디스크가최적위치에서상대운동할 수있도록래핑축에자동조심장치를두고, 래핑축과모터의축간에발생하는각도는유니버설조인트에서흡수할수 있도록하였으며래핑도중에도밸브내부를검사하고래핑콤파운드를주입할수 있도록검사공을설치하여모터가회전하면서래핑축이임의의각도로변화할수 있고, 디스크를누르는힘을조절할수 있으며, 임의로래핑축의각도를변환할수 있는자동밸브래핑방법을개발함으로서그동안수작업에의존하여오던밸브래핑기술의혁신을기할수 있다.
