摘要： A functional water tank coating composition is provided to suppress the propagation of algae, to decompose or neutralize a smell, to have sterilizing and antibacterial abilities, and to purify water in a water tank. A functional water tank coating composition is obtained by the steps of: dissolving 15-20 parts by weight of purified pine resin powder in 100 parts by weight of ethanol to prepare a pine resin solution; blending the prepared pine resin solution with a black gel coat in a weight ratio of 1:1; and mixing the blending with 15-20 parts by weight of black tourmaline powder(200 mesh). A method for manufacturing a functional water tank includes the steps of: (i) applying a hardener to the coating composition provided on one surface of an FRP panel layer(20), and embedding 400-900 MHz hollow hexagonal magnetics in a surface layer(10) per panel layer 10 cm^2; (ii) attaching a polyester-impregnated glass fiber reinforcement fabric to joints of the FRP panel layer to form an inside wall of the water tank; (iii) forming a sheet moulding compound(SMC) panel layer(40) at a distance of 30-50 mm from the inside wall of the water tank; and (iv) filling liquid-phase urethane in a space between the FRP panel layer and SMC panel layer to form a heat-insulating layer(30) through expansion.

Preferably the surface drying retarder is compatible with an alkyd-based oily resin binder and is prepared by the polyester reaction of rosin, a polybasic acid and a polyvalent alcohol.

Preferably a pigment(500) is further added to the pine resin paint to obtain various colors. Preferably water is further added to the pine resin paint to make it be gel after filtering.

摘要： The present invention relates to a natural, oily resin composition for reducing drying time of paint, a method for producing the same, and a natural paint containing the same as a main ingredient. The present invention provides a natural, oily resin composition which is produced by stepwise polymerizing natural raw materials consisting of 25 to 40 parts by weight of tung oil, 25 to 40 parts by weight of boiled linseed oil and 20 to 50 parts of rosin ester, and the adding citrus-turpentine oil to the polymerization product at the amount of 40 to 80 parts by weight relative to the weight of the polymerization product. Also, the present invention provides a natural paint composition, comprising 30 to 50 parts by weight of the natural, oily resin of Claim 1, 8 to 20 parts by weight of vegetable oils, 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of lecithin, and the remainder of assistant raw materials which are conventionally used in production of natural paints. According to the present invention, a natural paints can be produced, which is environment-friendly and excellent in workability and film-forming properties.
