CONSTITUTION: A sludge treatment method using a stabilizer composition for improving soil comprises the following steps: forming a mixture by mixing fly ash, calcium sulfate, and cement; pulverizing alumina, zeolite, bentonite, and kaolinite into the size of 200~300 meshes; forming the stabilizer composition by mixing the powders from the previous step and the mixture, with polyacrylamide; inserting the stabilizer composition to a stirrer(20) including sludge(11) with the large amount of water and stirring for 2~4 minutes; precipitating the stirred sludge for 1~3 minutes, and separating water from the upper side from the soil on the lower side; and dehydrating the moisture from the soil.

    • 본발명은도시환경정비과정에서발생되는전지목또는교체목을이용하여제조된바이오차를활용한탄소저장및 순환용상토조성물및 그제조방법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로는, 도시환경정비과정에서발생하는전지목또는교체목을 250 내지 1000℃무산소에서열분해온도를증가시킴에따라내부구조가안정한형태인방향족구조로재배열되어얻어지는바이오차 5 내지 50 중량%, 도시환경정비과정에서발생되는부숙낙엽 5 내지 60 중량%, 천연광물질 1 내지 20 중량%, 질석 1 내지 20 중량%, 펄라이트 1 내지 20 중량% 및수분이제거된커피부산물 1~50 중량%를포함하여구성되는분체조성물과상기분체조성물 100 중량부를기준으로습윤제, 바인더및 pH 조절제를포함하는첨가제 0.1~20 중량부를포함하는것을특징으로하는탄소저장및 순환용상토조성물을제공한다. 본발명에따르면, 도시환경정비과정에서발생하는전지목또는교체목을이용하여바이오차를생산하고이를활용하여탄소저장및 순환기능을갖는상토조성물로사용함으로써, 토양내에서충분한탄소공급원으로서의기능을수행할수 있는동시에, 온실가스저감, 토양의개량효과(토양의 pH 및 EC를상승) 및농산물수확량증대등을이루도록할 수있고, 도시의탄소순환기능을부여할수 있는효과가있다. 또한, 유기부산물의추가로인해토양내양분함량을급격히높이지않으면서원재료내 중금속과같은유해성분량이매우낮고토양내유기물함량을증가시키며발효가스가발생하지않는등 우수한퇴비효과및 토양개량효과를가지며, 동시에작물생육에필요한초기영양분을공급할수 있는효과가우수하다. 또한, 도시환경정비과정에서발생되는부숙낙엽이기존코코피트및 피트머스를대체할수 있는효과가있으므로원가를절감하여경제성을높일수 있는효과도있다.
