    • PURPOSE: An orchid stone composition using waste shells, and a manufacturing method of orchid stones are provided to enhance water-absorption force, permeability, detergency and antibacterial properties. CONSTITUTION: An orchid stone composition using waste shells comprises 50-84 wt% of waste shells having the particle size of 30-90 meshes, 10-50 wt% of inorganic binder, and 5-20 wt% of metal oxide. A manufacturing method of orchid stones comprises the following steps: pulverizing waste shells(S110); removing organic materials by sintering the waste shells(S120); dipping the waste shell powder into a silver nitrate, silver sulfate, or perchloric acid solution(S130); drying the dipped waste shell powder(S140); mixing the dried waste shell powder, the inorganic binder and the metal oxide(S150); manufacturing the mixture of the previous step into a molded product for the orchid stones(S160); and sintering the molded product(S170).     • PURPOSE: A waterproof material composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the adhesion and the durability of the composition without a primer by including silica, high early-strength Portland cement, powdered polymer, anhydrous gypsum, silica fume, a water reducing agent, CSA, and a powdered antifoaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof material composition includes 45-50 weight% of silica, 33-37 weight% of high early-strength Portland cement, 3-9 weight% of powdered polymer, 1.5-3 weight% of anhydrous gypsum, 1.5-3 weight% of silica fume, 1-3 weight% of a water reducing agent, 1.5-3.5 weight% of calcium sulfur aluminate(CSA) cement, and 1.5-3 weight% of a powdered antifoaming agent. A method for manufacturing the waterproof material composition implements a dry stirring process for 15-20 minutes after the silica, the high early-strength Portland cement, the powdered polymer, the anhydrous gypsum, the silica fume, the water reducing agent, the CSA cement, and the powdered antifoaming agent are successively mixed.

    • PURPOSE: A cement mortar composition is provided to obtain the superior thermal insulating characteristics of the composition based on an aramid-contained cement binder. CONSTITUTION: A cement mortar composition includes 7-25 weight% of a cement binder, 35-55 weight% of fine aggregate, 25-40 weight% of coarse aggregate, 1-10 weight% of water, 0.05-3 weight% of a water reducing agent, and 3-8 weight% of calcium sulfoaluminate. The water reducing agent is one selected from lignin sulfonate, alkylarylsulfonic acid, polyoxyethylene, alkylaryl ether, oxy carbonic acid, melamine sulfonic acid, poly carbonic acid, naphthalene sulfonate, and amino sulfonic acid-based group. The cement binder includes alumina cement, aluminum oxide, light weight aggregate, a polyamide fiber reinforcing material, calcium caronate, silica fume, zinc, a moisturizing agent, and acryl-based polymer. The polyamide fiber reinforcing material is aramid. The cement mortar composition forms a concrete structure, and an eco-friendly surface protecting agent is applied to the surface of the concrete structure(S40 to S60).
