    • PURPOSE: A front-end module for vehicles is provided to always restore a mounting pin which is vibrated by being inserted in the inside of fixing rubber of a mounting bracket to a predetermined position, thereby preventing the deformation of the fixing rubber. CONSTITUTION: A front-end module for vehicles includes a mounting pin(10), a fluctuation rubber(20), and a fixing rubber(30). The mounting pin is arranged by being projected in upper and lower both end parts of a radiator. The fluctuation rubber is fixed by being inserted in the outer circumference of the mounting pin. A hollow hole part(31) which includes the fluctuation rubber is arranged in the fixing rubber. A mounting bracket is arranged in the inside of the fluctuation rubber and fixing rubber. The mounting bracket comprises magnets(40A,40B) in which the same poles of the magnets are arranged by facing each other.

    • A sub-frame mount for vehicles is provided not to generate rigid body modes in the low-frequency region by integrating a solid and a bush. A sub-frame mount for vehicles comprises: a rubber bush(11) mounted in a sub-frame(100); a spring(12) positioned in a lower part of the rubber bush in order to support it elastically; a controller to control the rubber bush to be moved up and down according to the change of transmission sounds to frequency; and an actuating unit operated by the control signal of the controller. The actuating unit consists of: a rack gear(31) formed on the circumference surface of a chamber(13) positioned between the sub-frame and the rubber bush; and a pinion gear(32) which is engaged with the rack gear and generates the power to move whole the rubber bush up and down.

    • A bush type rubber mount for fluid sealing is provided to control rigidity of shaft and radius directions of a mount by using first and second insulating rubbers with required rigidity. A bush type rubber mount(200) for fluid sealing comprises an inside sleeve(210), an outside sleeve(220), a first insulating rubber(230), a space dividing portion and fluid. The outside sleeve wraps an outer surface of the inside sleeve. The first insulating rubber is provided with internal space(240) between the inside sleeve and the outside sleeve, shrank or expanded by applied load, reduces outer vibration and changes shape of the internal space. The space dividing portion divides the internal space into first internal space and second internal space and forms orifices connecting the first internal space to the second internal space. The fluid is filled in the internal space and reduces the outer vibration.
