    • The present invention relates to a hydro roll rod. More specifically, the hydro roll rod includes: a large and a small fluid chamber which are formed inside a rear insulator and store a fluid; a rod case which is extended from a position where the large and the small fluid chamber are divided to the outside and supports the weight; a first bridge which surrounds the outer boundary of the small fluid chamber and is combined to one side of the rod case; a second bridge which surrounds the outer boundary of the large fluid chamber and is combined to one side of the rod case; a plate which is combined and fixed to the end of the small fluid chamber; a first bracket which surrounds and supports the outer boundary of the first bridge and the plate; and a second bracket which surrounds and supports the outer boundary of the second bridge. By doing so, it is possible to make a hydro roll rod without an additional complex structure or component. Also, by manufacturing a rubber structure as a curing-integrated structure, it is possible to prevent a fluid from leaking, improve durability, and reduce vibrations.

    • The present invention relates to a transmission mount which can control excessive displacement of a metal core to improve a phenomenon in which the metal core in the transmission mount is excessively displaced by a roll behavior of a power train generated at acceleration of a vehicle, and thus the rigidity of an insulator is increased by jamming of the core and a stopper, thereby deteriorating the insulation rate and thus the acceleration transmission sound. The transmission mount includes a cup case (81) fixed to a vehicle body; a core (84) disposed in the cup case in a depth direction; an insulator (83) connecting the cup case and the core to support the core in the cup case; a rod (86) extending from a side of the core to the exterior of the cup case; an outer stopper (87) formed on an end portion of the rod (86); and a stopping insulator (88) attached to the inner surface of the outer stopper and being not brought into contact with the outer surface of the cup case when no external force is applied. If the core is displaced in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the rod by the behavior of the transmission, the stopping insulator is supported by the outer surface of the cup case to support the core in a direction not to displace the core.

    • The present invention relates to a roll-rod for a vehicle having an inner pipe protruded backwardly from the end of a body, through which an insulator and a bracket is passed, and an end plate coupled to the rear side of the inner pipe, the insulator including: a support formed in a shape of a pipe and inserted into a through hole formed on the bracket; a front stopper extended forwardly from the support in such a manner as to be protruded to face the body of the roll-rod; an intermediate stopper extended backwardly from the support in such a manner as to be protruded to face the end plate; and a rear stopper extended backwardly from the support in such a manner as to be connected to the end plate to separate the intermediate stopper from the end plate, wherein the insulator has the front stopper, the rear stopper, the intermediate stopper and the support formed integrally with each other and fixedly coupled to the bracket, and the intermediate stopper has a gap formed thereon by which a first stopper and a second stopper are spaced apart from each other in the lengthwise direction of the body of the roll-rod. According to the present invention, since the gap is formed on the intermediate stopper, at least two or more gaps are formed between the end plate and the bracket, so that an elastic rebound force can be flexibly varied in accordance with the load applied to the body of the roll-rod.
