    • The configuration of a developer container unnecessary for being provided with a flange of a welding receiving portion at the time of the ultrasonic welding thereof increases the capacity of the developer container without enlarging a process cartridge or an apparatus main body. Flanges (25a, 25b) on an opposite surface (25) of a developing frame (13) are respectively touched to flanges (22c) formed on the upper part and the lower part on a wall surface (22b), on which a developer feeding opening (14e) is formed, of a container frame (22) constituting the developer container (14), and the flanges are welded at their connection portions (X, Y) by ultrasonic welding. Then, a flange (23a) of a lid frame (23) is connected to a flange (22a) of the container frame (22) on a welding plane (U) by ultrasonic waves, and thereby a developer container (14), in which the container frame (22) is connected with the developing frame (13) with the developer feeding opening (14e) being put between the frames, is formed. In such a way, the welding plane (U) is disposed at a position above both the connection portions (X, Y) on the outside of the connection portions, and thereby no dead spaces in which developer cannot be contained are formed.

    • PURPOSE: A process cartridge is provided to eliminate the load imposed on a photoconductive drum by the gravity of a toner in a large-capacity process cartridge and to obtain a stable image. CONSTITUTION: A process cartridge(15) consists of a developing roller(18) for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on a photoconductive drum(11); a toner-receiving frame(16) having a toner-receiving unit for receiving a toner used by the developing roller to develop the electrostatic latent image; a drum frame supporting the photoconductive drum; a developing frame(17) connected to the toner-receiving frame rotatably to support the developing roller; a first end cover connected to the drum frame and the developing frame from each end of the frames; and a second end cover(20) connected tot he drum frame and the developing frame from the other ends. The process cartridge obtains a stable image even though the receiving capacity of a toner increases.

    • PURPOSE: A cartridge is provided to enable a toner container to be almost horizontally arranged and to stabilize the pressurizing of a spacer roller as the result by constituting a developing frame body so that it can be independently rocked against the constitution before, where the developing frame body and the toner container are integrally constituted. CONSTITUTION: The developing frame body(17) is supported by a drum frame body(13) so that it can be independently rocked and the rocking center thereof is set at the driving side of a photoreceptor drum(11). Besides, the frame body(17) is pressured by an elastic member built in a side cover(20). The frame body(17) and the toner container(16) are coupled by a seal member(21) whose repulsion is small. Besides, the container(16) is almost horizontally constituted.
