    • PURPOSE: A liquefied natural gas production system is provided to separate liquefied fuel gas from pre-processed natural gas owing to a pre-heater integrated with pre-cooling unit. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied natural gas production system comprises the following units. A first coolant supply line is connected to a coolant storing unit, coolant compressor, first natural gas pre-cooling unit, second natural gas pre-cooling unit, first coolant expander, first natural gas cooler, and second coolant expander in sequential order. A second coolant supply line is connected to the second coolant expander, first natural gas cooler, second natural gas pre-cooling unit, first natural gas pre-cooling unit, and coolant storing unit in sequential order. One end of a coolant collecting line is connected to the first coolant supply line and the other end is connected to the coolant storing unit. The second natural gas cooler is installed on the second coolant supply line. The natural gas supply line is connected to a gas well, second natural gas pre-cooling unit, first natural gas cooler, second natural gas cooler, and a hold in sequential order. A liquefied fuel gas separator is installed on the natural gas supply line. A fuel gas supply line is connected to the liquefied fuel gas separator, second natural gas pre-cooling unit, first natural gas pre-cooling unit, and fuel gas supply unit in sequential order.

    • PURPOSE: A high-efficiency marine LNG producing system is provided to reduce the size of a liquefying device by removing flash gas re-cycling compression equipment. CONSTITUTION: A high-efficiency marine LNG producing system comprises a coolant compressor(101), coolant heat exchanger(102), first supercooling heat exchanger(103), first LPG separator(201), LPG expanding valve(202) and second LPG separator(203). The coolant compressor compresses a coolant inducing liquefaction. The coolant heat exchanger removes the heat generated when a source gas(100) is compressed. The first supercooling heat exchanger vaporizes LPG during reciprocal heat exchanging. The LPG separator separates the LPG into a liquid phase and gas phase. The LPG expanding valve induces an additional drop in temperature. The second LPG separator separates the LPG into the liquid phase and gas phase and transfers them to an LPG/exhaust gas facility(200) and LPG cargo hole(300).

    • A BOG(Boil-Off Gas) reliquefaction apparatus using a line mixer is provided to quickly control the temperature of BOG by rapidly cooling down the BOG by mixing and vaporizing LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) and the BOG in the line mixer. The BOG reliquefaction apparatus using a line mixer(16) is composed of a BOG compression unit(1) compressing BOG evaporated from the inside of an LNG storage tank(10); an actuating fluid compression unit(4) having plural actuating fluid compressors(41,42,43) and actuating fluid coolers(44,45,46) connected to cool the actuating fluid by repeating compressing and cooling steps; and a cold box unit(2) liquefying the BOG by expanding the actuating fluid of the actuating fluid compression unit at very low temperature and then exchanging heat between the actuating fluid and the BOG in a condenser(20). The BOG reliquefaction apparatus recirculates the BOG liquefied by the cold box unit to the storage tank. The line mixer for mixing the BOG vaporized from the storage tank and the LNG supplied from the outside and a mist removing drum(17) removing the mist remaining in the BOG mixed in the line mixer are installed between the BOG compression unit and the storage tank. The BOG is cooled down in the line mixer by evaporative latent heat of the LNG.

    • A natural gas liquefaction apparatus capable of controlling load change by using a flow control unit of actuating fluid is provided to control the flow and temperature of the actuating fluid supplied to a cold box unit by installing an expansion turbine and a bypass pipe penetrating through the expansion turbine. The natural gas liquefaction apparatus capable of controlling load change by using a flow control unit(3) of actuating fluid is composed of a natural gas compression unit(1) compressing natural gas generated from a liquid natural gas storage tank(10); an actuating fluid compression unit(4) connected to plural actuating fluid compressors(41,42,43) and actuating fluid coolers(44,45,46) to pressurize and cool down the actuating fluid in a very low temperature refrigerating cycle liquefying the natural gas by repeating pressurizing and cooling steps; a cold box unit(2) liquefying the natural gas by expanding the actuating fluid of the actuating fluid compression unit at very low temperature and then exchanging heat between the actuating fluid and the natural gas in a condenser(20); and the flow control unit having bypass pipes formed at actuating fluid inlet and outlet pipes and controlling flow of the actuating fluid supplied to the cold box unit by recirculating some of the actuating fluid to the actuating fluid compression unit through the bypass pipe. An expansion unit is installed at the bypass pipe of the flow control unit to lower the pressure or temperature of the actuating fluid flowing into the actuating fluid compression unit.
