    • PURPOSE: Provided is a purification process of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) in a high yield and purity without using organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: The purification process comprises the steps of: recovering HCG precipitates from urine of a pregnant woman; dissolving the HCG precipitates in water then loading them into DEAE-sepharose column; washing them with a buffer of pH 4.0-6.0 then eluting them with a buffer of pH 5.5-6.5 containing 50-10mM of sodium chloride to obtain HCG eluate; loading the HCG eluate into blue-sepharose column then washing it with a buffer of pH 8.0-9.0 containing 75-120mM of sodium chloride; then eluting it with a buffer of pH 8.0-9.0 containing 1.0-2.0M of sodium chloride.
    • 目的:提供人体绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的纯化过程,无需使用有机溶剂即可获得高产率和纯度。 构成:净化过程包括以下步骤:从怀孕妇女的尿液中回收HCG沉淀物; 将HCG沉淀物溶解在水中,然后将其装入DEAE-sepharose柱; 用pH 4.0-6.0的缓冲液洗涤,然后用含有50-10mM氯化钠的pH 5.5-6.5的缓冲液洗脱,得到HCG洗脱液; 将HCG洗脱液装入蓝色琼脂糖柱中,然后用含有75-120mM氯化钠的pH 8.0-9.0的缓冲液洗涤; 然后用含有1.0-2.0M氯化钠的pH 8.0-9.0的缓冲液洗脱。
