    • PURPOSE: Provided are a multifunctional sanitary ceramic ware which radiates a far infrared ray, emits anions and has an antibacterial effect, antifungicidal effect and a deodorizing effect, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S10) molding a sanitary ceramic ware basis to prepare a sanitary ceramic ware main body; (S20) coating a glaze containing 20-30 wt% of yellow soil, 3-10 wt% of a natural anion powder and 2-4 wt% of a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent on the top part of the sanitary ceramic ware main body; (S30) firstly sintering the coated sanitary ceramic ware main body at a temperature of 1,200-1,250 deg.C for 14-17 hours; (S40) coating the surface of the sanitary ceramic ware main body with a titanium dioxide photocatalyst; and (S50) secondly sintering the coated sanitary ceramic ware main body at a temperature of 600-750 deg.C for 25-35 min.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing porcelain with waterdrop shapes on its surface by using a glaze forming waterdrop shapes and reductive sintering without carving, a conventional method for forming waterdrops. CONSTITUTION: The glaze comprises 15-30wt.% of ZnO, 10-20wt.% of BaCO3, 40-60wt.% of feldspar((Al,Si)4O8), 7-15wt.% of SiO2, and optionally 3-6wt.% of at least one compound selected from CaCO3, ZrO and TiO2. The porcelain forming waterdrop shapes is produced by the following steps of; mixing porcelain raw materials; forming shapes and drying; sintering formed porcelain at 800-900deg.C; applying the prepared glaze to a porcelain body; reductive sintering glazed-porcelain at 1250-1280deg.C, the melting point of the glaze, to make the glaze spread on the porcelain to change waterdrop shapes; cooling the porcelain with waterdrop shapes in a furnace; and optionally coating the produced porcelain with Ti or Au.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bricks using yellow earth and waste coal as main materials is provided which saves manufacturing costs and makes forming easily without sintering. The resultant bricks emit far infrared rays and have improved shock-resistance compared with conventional bricks using sand and cement. CONSTITUTION: The bricks are manufactured by the following steps: mixing 45wt.% of yellow earth, 45wt.% of waste coal, 4wt.% of clay and kaolin, the balance of straw, pine needle and pulp; molding the mixture to a brick; thermal-treating it at 100deg.C for 20-30min., and 300deg.C for 30min. to remove water and smell of food remains; drying it at 70deg.C for 30min. Also, the surface of brick is treated with lacquer and urethane after glazing and thermal-treating at 500deg.C.
