    • PURPOSE: A paste composition for manufacturing artificial stone and a manufacturing method of artificial stone are provided to reduce efflorescence and to manufacture artificial stone of high intensity and high density, by including a inorganic binder into a paste for manufacturing artificial stone.       전술한 본 발명은, 4∼5mm 크기의 입자로 팽창 소성된 펄라이트 입자 50∼60체적%, 시멘트 24∼28체적%, 백운석 분말 8∼12체적%, 고강도 혼화재 2∼3체적%를 각각 계량하여 경량골재들을 배합비율에 맞게 준비하는 단계; 계량된 경량골재들을 고르게 혼합하면서 물 8∼12체적%와 공기연행제, 감수제, 실리콘 중합체 등의 첨가제를 투입하여 교반시키는 반죽 단계; 상기 반죽물을 자연석 형상의 홈을 갖는 금형의 내부에 주입하여 블록으로 성형하는 단계; 상기 반죽물이 주입된 금형을 진동 테이블 위에 올려놓고 반죽물에 진동을 부여하여 다지는 단계; 블록으로 성형이 완료된 인조석 형상의 성형물을 금형에서 분리한 후 양생시키는 단계에 의하여 인조석이 완성됨을 특징으로 하는 초경량 인조석의 제조방법에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing artificial stones having high strength, fast setting and various shapes in large quantities by using portland cement mixture as a main material. CONSTITUTION: The artificial stone composition comprises 85-94wt.% of portland cement mixture composed of dicalcium silicate(2CaO·SiO2), tricalcium silicate(3CaO·SiO2), calcium alumina silicate(CaO·Al2O3·2SiO2) and gypsum, 1-5wt.% of fumed silica less than 0.1micrometer in size, 5-10wt.% of wollastonite(CaSiO3) with an aspect ratio of 1:20 and a length of 100micrometer or more, wherein 1-5wt.% of natural stone mixture emitting far infrared rays and anions is added to 100wt.% of artificial stone composition at 30-40deg.C. The natural stone mixture contains 8.40wt.% of Fe2O3, 9.36wt.% of SiO2, 1.06wt.% of MgO, 10.56wt.% of P2O5, 7.91wt.% of BaO, 14.04wt.% of CaO, 7.56wt.% of Al2O3, 7.56wt.% of SO3, 0.035wt.% of Y2O3, 1.13wt.% of La2O3, 1.62wt.% of Ce2O, 0.21wt.% of Pr2O3, 0.60wt.% of Nd2O3, 0.07wt.% of Sm2O3, and 0.16wt.% of ThO. The resultant artificial stones are used for tile, fireproof door, pillar, molding, bracket, board, etc.
