    • A wiper frame manufacturing method is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and improve durability of products without additional parts by forming the wiper frame having a predetermined elastic force. A wiper frame manufacturing method includes the steps of: forming a martensite by heat-processing a steel material(S11); forming a wiper frame material of a wiper blade by blanking-processing the heat-processed material in the heat processing step(S14); removing an unnecessary part by pierce-processing the wiper frame material prepared in the blanking step(S15); bending-processing the wiper frame material to have a predetermined curvature(S16); and compressing the wiper frame material to have a wanted curvature and heat-processing the wiper frame material to lessen an internal stress at the same time(S17). The heat-processing step includes the steps of: heating the wiper frame material at a higher temperature than a phase change point; and cooling the heated wiper frame material rapidly.
