A plurality of molds is composed of an upper mold(701) and a low mold(704). The moving unit transfers the mold. The charge unit injects mixed powder of graphite and resin inside the mold. The heating unit heats the mold crowding with the mixed powder. The pressing and molding unit compresses the mold. The cooling unit cools the compressed mold. It opens the mold and the ejecting unit devides the shaped separator.

The movable rod (34) is moved up and down between an ordinary position and a raised position moved upward from the ordinary position. When a synthetic resin (8) falls from its synthetic resin cutting/holding unit (14), the movable rod (34) is moved to the raised position, and the synthetic resin (8) is dropped onto the upper face of a central member.

Thus, the molten resin can be fed while preventing it from adhering to the route members.
