The exhaust gas pipe is connected to an exhaust pipe(60) of the furnace. The gas spray nozzles are connected to the exhaust gas pipe and installed close to the entrance and exit of the furnace. The gas spray nozzles are provided with exhaust gas through the exhaust gas pipe from the furnace and sprays exhaust gas to form an exhaust gas curtain(C). The suction fan is installed in the exhaust gas pipe to suck the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas pipe and blow the exhaust gas at high pressure.

      그 구성은 하부에 적열 코크스가 담겨진 대차가 배치되는 냉각탑의 상부에 배치되어 대차 내로 냉각수를 분사하기 위한 냉각수 분사설비와, 냉각수 분사설비의 상측에 배치되며 냉각수의 분사시 적열 코크스와 접촉되면서 발생되는 수증기를 포집하는 수증기 포집수단과, 수증기 포집수단에 의해 포집된 수증기를 대차 내의 적열 코크스 측으로 분사하기 위한 수증기 냉각수단으로 구성된다.
      이에 따르면 본 발명은 냉각탑의 상부에 배치된 후드를 이용하여 수증기를 포집한 후에, 포집된 수증기를 다시 하부의 대차측으로 공급함으로써, 적열 코크스의 냉각 효율을 향상시켜 코크스의 냉각시간을 단축시키고 환경오염물질의 방출을 저감시킬 수 있는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.

The case of the pre-heater is filled with heat charging materials. The door is located on the case to rotate to open and close a space to make the drawing of the bucket possible.
