    • A method for preparing an integrated separator for a fuel cell is provided to reduce the thickness deviation of separators, to improve the electricity and heat transfer efficiency and to decrease the thickness of a separator. A method for preparing an integrated separator for a fuel cell comprises the steps of preparing a composite material comprising a carbon material and a resin material; preparing a composite material separator by compression molding, injection molding or continuous rolling molding; forming channels on the one surface of the separator by using a mold and milling or polishing the other surface; and laminating the obtained composite material separator by the order of hydrogen separator/cooling separator/oxygen separator.

    • PURPOSE: A bent valve assembly of a nonrepair-type lead storage battery is provided, to improve the lifetime and the uniformity of the performance between batteries by allowing the gas isolation pressure of a lead storage battery to be controlled. CONSTITUTION: The bent valve assembly comprises a tank loading part(2) which contains a loading surface where a ring(4) for the contact with a tank(1) and the isolation is loaded, and a screw part(6) for loading the tank; and a gas isolation part(3) which is adhered to set in the inside of the tank loading part(2) and contains a rubber cap(8) determining the gas isolation pressure. A bolt(9) for the control of opening and closing of a vent valve by increasing or decreasing the compressed stress is inserted into a pressing cover(10) to be set in the upper face of the rubber cap(8). The compressed extent of the upper face of the rubber cap(8) is controlled easily by using the volt(9).
