    • PURPOSE: A method and a relay station for broadcasting information transmission are provided to efficiently use bandwidth by transferring broadcasting information transmitted from a base station to a terminal periodically. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting information transmission period is obtained(S103), and the broadcasting information is received from the base station based on the obtained broadcasting information transmission period(S104,S106). A relay station transmits the stored broadcasting information to a terminal periodically in correspondence to the reception point(S105,S107).     • PURPOSE: A clock group monitoring and selecting circuit is provided to simultaneously receive two clock groups from external clock boards, and to monitor whether the two clock groups are normal, then to supply a normal clock group to a modem, thereby stabilizing clocks distributed to the system modem. CONSTITUTION: The first and second clock receivers(110,120) receive the first and second clock groups consisting of many clocks from external clock boards. The first and second clock monitors(210,220) check states of the received first and second clock groups, respectively, and output result signals. A clock selector(300) selects the received first and second clock groups according to outputted state monitor information of the first and second clock groups, and outputs the selected clock groups. The first and second clock monitors(210,220) include retriggerable monostable multi-vibrators as many as the number of clocks included in the first and second clock groups. The retriggerable monostable multi-vibrators monitor the clock groups, and generate high-level signals if the clock groups are not inputted, then generate low-level signals if the groups are inputted.

    • PURPOSE: A system for processing and transmitting traffic in a base station and a method therefor are provided to receive and process received data frames by using a predetermined window, and to transmit the data frames to a mobile station, thereby preventing frame loss caused by receiving delay and improving service quality. CONSTITUTION: A traffic period confirmer(210) periodically confirms whether traffic frames received from a THM(Traffic Handling Module)(110) arrive according to a predetermined window. If the received traffic frames arrive faster than the predetermined window, a traffic storage(220) stores the traffic frames. A traffic processor and transmitter(230) processes the stored traffic frames according to a confirmed result, or processes the received traffic frames, transmits the frames to mobile stations(300-300n), and informs the THM(110) of information related to arrival time of the traffic frames.
