摘要： PURPOSE: A method for analyzing beta-glucan physiological activity by measuring TNF-alpha expression level or IKK-alpha phosphorylation level is provided to accurately and efficiently enhance treatment efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing beta-glucan physiological activity comprises: a step of treating muDC cells which are dendritic cells expressing dectin-1(DC associated C-type lectin-1) with beta-glucan; and a step of measuring TNF-alpha expression level in muDC cells. The beta-glucan is beta 1-3 glucan, zymosan. The expression level is measured by RT-PCR, western blotting, or ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). The method additionally comprise a step of treating the muDC cells with PMA(phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate).
