    • A powder dispersion apparatus is provided to increase amount ratios and coating rates of coated powder and sprayed powder and improve powder dispersion state by improving movement mechanism of an aerosol chamber in the aerosol deposition coating. In a powder dispersion apparatus for performing aerosol deposition through movements of an aerosol chamber, the powder dispersion apparatus comprises: a base support(11); supporting structures(12) mounted on a top part of the base support; rotary shafts(13) which have a predetermined length in the length direction of the base support, which are parallel to the base support, and which are joined with the supporting structures; rotary discs(14) concentrically inserted onto the rotary shafts and fixedly joined with the rotary shafts; supporting shafts(15) eccentrically fixedly joined with the rotary discs in a state that the supporting shafts are spaced from the center of the rotary discs; aerosol chamber gauges(16) which are joined with the supporting shafts by means of bearings, and on which the aerosol chamber is mountable; and a power unit for performing a rotational movement of the rotary shafts. The power unit includes a motor(21) mounted on the top part of the base support, a motor drive shaft(22) spaced apart from the base support in a predetermined distance and connected to the motor, and a power transmitting belt(23) for connecting the motor drive shaft and the rotary shafts.

    • A hydroxyapatite coating layer with excellent bio-compatibility and a preparation method thereof are provided to be used broadly in a medical implant or an artificial coxa and to have a dense structure without cracks. A preparation method of hydroxyapatite coatings with excellent bio-compatibility includes: performing first heat treatment of hydroxyapatite powder consisting of micro particles at 1,000-1,300 deg.C; forming the mean diameter of powder particles to be 0.1-5 micrometers by giving mechanical shock to powder obtained in first step; performing a second heat treatment of powder obtained in second step at 200-1,100 deg.C; and coating the hydroxyapatite powder obtained in third step on the surface of a ceramics material including a metal material, alumina, or zirconia.
