    • The present invention relate to a method for treating a high concentration hazardous waste liquid and waste sludge. More specifically, by using a waste liquid treating agent produced using waste sludge as a raw ingredient, a high concentration vicious waste liquid, which cannot be treated through a general water treatment system, can be stabilized. Also, the water content rate, especially the apparent water content rate can be reduced, and the generation of gushout water can be fundamentally prevented so that reclamation is made possible. When the high concentration hazardous waste liquid is treated, waste sludge is simultaneously reclaimed and treated. In the method according to the present invention, a high concentration waste liquid and sludge are mixed and discharged so that the water content rate can be effectively decreased. A particular substance in high concentration hazardous waste is combined with multivalent positive ions of the sludge and with the compound of the same so as to be stabilized so that elution is controlled to a minimum.

A discharge duct(54) is connected to the discharge housing such that one end of the discharge duct is connected to the blower. The loader is equipped with a carbonation pipe for delivery of organic wastes, and arranged to have a slope which is lowered as it goes toward a rear side such that organic wastes injected into the carbonation pipe of the loader are delivered to the rear side by the slope of the loader.
