    • A diffusion coated layer containing rare earth elements is formed by (1) making a packing powder composed of 1-5 wt.% aluminum (Al) powder, 1-5 wt.% halide compound and the balance alumina (Al2O3), (2) mixing the packing powder with 10-50 wt.% (based on the weight of the packing powder) rare earth powder, (3) mixing the mixture with dilute organic binder solution, (4) coating a surface of a metal with the obtained mixed solution and drying in the air, (5) burying the dried metal in a retort filled with packing powder, (6) forming aluminide coating layer containing rare earth elements on the metal by charging the retort in a furnace maintaining the temperature range to 800-1,100 deg.C and vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, for 1-10 hours.
    • 通过(1)制造由1-5重量%的铝(Al)粉末,1-5重量%的卤化物和余量的氧化铝(Al 2 O 3)组成的填充粉末,(2) )将包装粉末与10-50重量%(以包装粉末重量计)的稀土粉末混合,(3)将混合物与稀有机粘合剂溶液混合,(4)用所得到的金属表面涂覆 混合溶液并在空气中干燥,(5)将干燥的金属埋入填充有填充粉末的蒸馏器中,(6)通过在炉中加入蒸馏器在炉中形成含有稀土元素的铝化物涂层,保持温度范围为800 -1,100℃,真空或惰性气体气氛,1-10小时。
