The rotary housing part is accepted in a casing and a cam groove(141) is formed in the outer circumference of the casing. A supporting part is connected with the connection shaft formed in the rotary housing, rotatably formed according to the rotation of the rotary housing, and has a constant height. A lift arm(130) is connected to the supporting part. The bottom part of the lift arm is inserted into the cam groove and the height is controlled to the top and bottom according to the rotation of the supporting part.
