A power supply(12) is connected with the two electronic sticks for supplying an electric current to the two electronic sticks. A sensor(13) transmits a signal to a microcomputer when the condensate contacts with the two electronic sticks.

The second one connects an outlet of the defrosting heat exchanger to the liquid phase refrigerant tube of high pressure to guide the heat exchanged liquid phase refrigerant to the liquid phase refrigerant tube of high pressure.
