Ring-shaped balancers(20) are installed on a front plate(12) and a rear plate(13) forming the front and rear surfaces of the rotation tank. A housing main body is formed with first and second walls, and a third wall connecting the first and second walls. An opening is located on the opposite side of the third wall for combining a housing cover.
