    • PURPOSE: A biodegradable flexible material based on ultraviolet ray and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve the mechanical characteristic of the material based on the cross-linked structure of the material. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable flexible material is a mixture containing polyethylene oxide, polyurethane, and a photo-initiator. The polyethylene oxide is cross-linked to form the biodegradable flexible material based on a radical bond. The molecular weight of the polyethylene oxide is between 100,000 and 300,000 g/mol. The polyurethane is water-soluble or waterborne polyurethane. The content ratio of the polyethylene oxide and the polyurethane is between 10:90 and 50:50 weight%. The photo-initiator is selected from a group including carbonate, benzotriazole-based elements, benzophenone-based elements, substituted or non-substituted benzoic ester, acrylate, and sterically hindered amine-based elements.

    • PURPOSE: High functional moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics is provided to have deodorizing and anti electrostatic properties by manufactured by using hydrophilic non-porous polyurethane based resin. CONSTITUTION: Moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics(100) having UV curable type deodorizing and anti electrostatic properties is manufactured by coating anti-electrostatic fabric by hydrophilic non-porous type polyurethane based resin including an optical initiator and a deodorizing agent, and curing the same. The anti-electrostatic fabric comprises conductive yarn or an anti-electrostatic agent. The optical initiator is formed by mixing of 1- hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone(Ciba company, Igacure 184) and diphenyl 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl phosphin oxide (Darocur TPO) at the mixing ratio of 4:1 - 3:1. The hydrophilic non porous polyurethane resin is a hydrophilic non porous type polyurethane acrylate resin. The manufacturing method of the moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics comprises: a step of mixing 100 parts by weight of the hydrophilic non porous polyurethane acrylate resin, 1-5 parts by weight of the optical initiator, 1-10 parts by weight of the deodorizing agent; a step of coating the anti-electrostatic fabric by the mixed resin at the thickness of 70-120 μm; and a step of UV curing the resin by radiating ultraviolet ray.

    • PURPOSE: A zinc oxide-titanium dioxide nanofiber and a producing method thereof are provided to increase the dye decomposition effect of the nanofiber by maximizing the surface area using zinc oxide nanoprotrusions. CONSTITUTION: A zinc oxide-titanium dioxide nanofiber contains a titanium dioxide nanofiber and zinc oxide nanoprotrusions formed on the surface of the titanium dioxide nanofiber in a branch form. A producing method of the zinc oxide-titanium dioxide nanofiber comprises the following steps: mixing a polymer solution, titanium isopropoxide, acid catalysts, and zinc oxide particles to obtain an electrospinning solution; electrospinning the obtained electrospinning solution for obtaining a zinc oxide-titanium dioxide isopropoxide/polymer hybrid nanofiber; plasticizing the hybrid nanofiber at 500~1,000deg C to obtain the titanium dioxide nanofiber with the zinc oxide particles; and hydrothermal-processing the nanofiber to transform the zinc oxide particles into the zinc oxide nanoprotrusions.
