    • The present invention relates to an anaerobic microbial fermentation which fuses four processes including emission of fermented producer gas, shut off of external air, maintaining optimum temperature for fermentation, stirring, and the likes which are optimum requirements for anaerobic microbial fermentation. Current microbial fermentation device has four independent processes, thereby external air is entered in each process; fermentation of aerobic microbial cannot be completely blocked; individual temperature control for each container is impossible, and perfect agitation which turns upside down is impossible, therefore, high purity uniform ferment can not be obtained. To solve the problems, an exclusive silicon valve, which emits fermented gas and blocks external air, and a vertical opening valve, which emits gas when vertically stopped but blocks emission of contents by automatically blocking an outlet when turns the container upside down and stirring, are invented and attached to an exclusive container on which heat rays are coated. Therefore, ordinary people can manufacture high purity anaerobic microbial ferment and foods at low cost at home and apply to necessities of life, environmental protection, and health promotion.

    • The present invention relates to a bending-type filter comprising: a cage, which includes a body having a tubular shape with a perforated outer surface, and an inlet part integrally provided on an upper part of the body, wherein a venturi having a trumpet shape and inserted in the body is installed on the inlet part; and a replaceable filter medium which is manufactured to correspond to the shape of the cage and tightly contacts and covers an outer surface of the cage and includes a head part in an upper part thereof, the head part being extended and folded in the inlet part of the cage and coupled thereto, a plurality of wrinkle parts in a portion contacting the body of the cage, and a non-wrinkle part disposed under the corrugated parts and sewn to close a lower end surface of the body. The filter medium, which is sewn, is easily and removably installed on the cage without using upper and lower caps used for fixing a cage and a filter medium, so that the filter medium can be replaced. Accordingly, a filter part can be recycled and adapted for separate collection. In addition, an inwardly bent inclination part is formed at an upper end of the cage to increase pressure of injected dust-contained air without an additional process, thereby improving cleaning and filtering efficiency, and a dust depositing space is formed at a lower end of the cage to extend the service life of the filter and a replacement time thereof.

    • The present invention relates to a mushroom cultivating shed which cools an indoor space by installing solar energy panels including a storage battery on the roof and heats an indoor space by installing a geothermal system including a heat pump on one side; in which an inner building and an outer building are installed in a double manner, wherein the multi-layered cultivating boxes for growing mushroom are installed on a cultivating frame inside the inner building. Electricity obtained by a solar cell panel (120) is stored in a storage battery (121) and supplied to a plug (101c) formed on the cultivating boxes (102). A socket (101b) corresponding to the plug (101c) is formed on one side of the cultivating box (101) so that electricity can be supplied to a heater (101a) embedded inside a floor of the cultivating box (101). The present invention can maintain the temperature of the mushroom cultivating shed always at 13-15°C with low expenses regardless of seasons; can rapidly maintain the temperature of the mushroom cultivating shed at a desired temperature by directly heating the cultivating box when a temperature difference is instantly increased by ventilation; can increase the value of commodities of mushrooms by the overall and even growth of the mushrooms as heat can be provided to the cultivating boxes more effectively on each layer of the cultivating frame by secondarily heating and cooling more effectively; and can increase incomes of a mushroom farm by reducing expenses for heating and cooling.

    • PURPOSE: A method for extruding very high molecular weight polyethylene is provided to apply extruded very high molecular weight polyethylene (VHMWPE) to a synthetic resin for an outer cover required for manufacturing a weather strip of a car window. CONSTITUTION: A method for extruding very high molecular weight polyethylene is as follows. VHMWPE having a low molecular weight is used instead of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). A T-die module is installed on the bottom end of a synthetic resin discharge part of an extruder for extruding the VHMWPE, and a chill-roll for controlling the cooling of a synthetic resin melted at high temperatures is installed in the extruder. The extruder has an inner space, and the inner space is divided into a hopper section, a middle section, and a pumping section to control the temperature of each section individually. The temperature of the chill-roll of the extruder is controlled to 80-100 deg. C.
