摘要： Provided are a tire tread rubber composition which is excellent in Mooney viscosity, 300% modulus, tensile strength, elongation, DIN abrasion and ozone resistance, and a tire comprising the composition. The tire tread rubber composition comprises 1-20 parts by weight of nanoclay; and 1-10 parts by weight of liquid isoprene based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber material. Preferably the nanoclay has a particle size of 5-15 micrometers, a specific gravity of 1.10-1.70 g/mL and an interlayer distance of 1.0-5.0 nm.

摘要： PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire having a multiple tread is provided to divide a tread part into central, inner, and outer parts with centering on the center of the tread, to grasp characteristics necessary for each part and produce tread rubber from rubber compositions to each characteristic, and accordingly to improve the capacity of the tire. The inner part of the tire having 0.5¯45% width for a full width(10) of the tire tread is made from tread rubber compositions having excellent tractive ability for wet road surfaces. A central part except for the inner and outer parts of the tread is made from the tread rubber compositions having excellent wear resistance.

摘要： PURPOSE: An Apex rubber composition for a radial tire is provided to improve the durability and to allow the control stability to be maintained without the deterioration of the viscosity by employing a reinforcing agent and an activator for increasing the cross-linking density. CONSTITUTION: The Apex rubber composition comprises 2-30 phr of a reinforcing resin and 1-10 phr of ACTIVATOR 73 as an activator based on the 100 phr of a source rubber material, in the already-known Apex rubber composition. The source rubber material is a natural rubber, or a rubber mixture comprising 40-90 phr of a natural rubber and 10-60 phr of a styrene-butadiene rubber. The reinforcing resin is a phenolic resin or a cashew modified phenol resin. The ACTIVATOR 73 comprises a mixture of zinc aliphatic carboxylate and zinc aromatic carboxylate as a main component, has a melting point of 105-117 deg.C and a special gravity of 1.24, and contains 19.6 % of zinc.
