The prefabricated gutter for construction having a fixing structure installed on the lower end of a roof of a building to guide rainwater to the surface through a falling-water pipe contains: a lower body(11) provided with a U-shaped retreated groove, a fastening groove formed on both ends and a fitting part curved outward; and an upper body(12) fastened on the upper part of the lower body(11) and provided with a fastener having a fitting groove curved inward to be fitted to the fastening groove of the lower body(11), a draining net(123) formed on the upper part, and a drain outlet(124) having many hangers formed on the lower end of the draining net(123). A primary inclined part(125) having a steep slope is formed on the upper part of the upper body(12) and a secondary inclined part(126) having a gentle slope is formed between the draining net(123) and the drain outlet(124) to drain off smoothly and to prevent the inflow of impurities into a drainageway.

And, the alarm device is capable of alarming the emergency situation by transmitting the electronic wave received from the detecting sensor.
