      상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 원수 수질을 실시간으로 측정하여 총조류 개 체수를 검출하고, 총조류 개체수에 따라 약품을 변경하여 분리막을 세정함으로써 분리막의 효율적인 운영이 가능하고, 분리막의 수명을 늘려 분리막 교체에 따라 비용을 절감시키고, 막의 투과율 저하에 따른 펌프에 부하가 걸리는 것을 미연에 차단하여 운전에 소요되는 펌프 동력비를 절감할 수 있다.
