      본 발명의 차선홈을 이용한 도로에서의 차선 설치 공법에 따르면 차선 상부면과 도로면에 미세한 단층이 형성시켜 차량 바퀴와의 접촉면과 접촉시간을 줄여 차선의 내구성을 향상시켰고, 유리알을 도료 도포 후 살포하는 방법이 아니라 도료와 혼합 후 도포하여 유리알과 도료와의 접착력을 높여 유리알이 도료에서 떨어지는 것을 방지하여 재귀반사성능 유지 기간을 늘이는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A low carbon warm-mix modified regeneration asphalt mixture comprises warm-mix modified asphalt and an asphalt recycling additive, thereby lowering a temperature under 30 deg C in a process. CONSTITUTION: A low carbon warm-mix regeneration modified asphalt mixture comprises the following: 2-8 wt% of warm-mix modified asphalt; and 0.1-3 wt% of a regeneration additive for warm-mix to 100 wt% of an aggregate mixture comprising 25-95 wt% of recycled aggregate, 4-74 wt% of new aggregate, and 1-6 wt% of filler. The warm-mix regeneration modified asphalt mixture is produced and used at 130-140 deg C. The warm-mix modified asphalt comprises the following: 75-95 wt% of straight asphalt having a penetration grade of 60-80; 0.5-5.0 wt% of an amine-based additive; and 4.5-20.0 wt% of a modifier. The modifier comprises the following: sulfur, paraffin wax, microwax, Styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), and tire powder. The regeneration additive for warm-mix comprises the following: 1.0-10 wt% of a vegetable oil-wax mixture; 75-98 wt% of an antioxidant-straight asphalt mixture; and 1-15 wt% of an adhesion promoter. The antioxidant is more than one among phenyl-β -naphthylamine, aromatic amines, and hydroquinone.

CONSTITUTION: A recycling asphalt mixture of a room temperature is composed of 100 parts by weight of aggregate, 0.3 to 8 parts by weight of a regenerated additive, and 0.3 to 8 parts by weight of a modified asphalt mixture. The aggregate compound is composed of 5 to 90% by weight of waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate, 5 to 91% by weight of new aggregate, and 1 to 6% by weight of filler. The regenerated additive improves asphalt physical properties of the waste asphalt concrete recycled aggregate and prevents a plastic deformation and reduces a destruction caused by cracks. The modified asphalt mixture enhances the durability by multiplying the adhesion and an angle of shearing resistance.
