    • A carbon-black-dispersed polyamic acid solution composition that utilizes carbon black excelling in safety and environmental adaptability and excels in the dispersion stability and fluidity of carbon black dispersed in polyamic acid solution, and that realizes high solid content and high carbon black content. Further, an intermediate transfer belt of polyimide, which gives a transfer image of high quality in a color image forming apparatus, is provided with the use of the above polyamic acid solution composition. In particular, there is provided a carbon-black-dispersed polyamic acid solution composition containing a polyamic acid solution obtained by reaction of approximately equimolar amounts of biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and an aromatic diamine and containing a carbon black of 2 to 6% volatile content produced by oil furnace process, wherein the solid content of the solution composition is 23 wt.% or more and wherein the carbon black content of the solid is in the range of 20 to 30 wt.%.

    • A monascus having high productivity of monacolin-K is provided to shorten culture period and lower serum cholesterol. A monascus is produced by inoculating monascus(deposit number:NITE BP-412) monacolin-K having high productivity and culturing. The monascus(deposit number: NITE BP-412) having monacolin-K high productivity is produced by mutating a bacteria belonging in monascus genus and screening target bacillus. A monacolin-K, which has been discovered from culture material of the monascus bacillus, is inhibitor of cholesterol synthesis and has a structure of showing in the chemical formula(1). The species belonging to the Monascus genus comprises Monascus anka, and Monascus pilosus. Mutation method comprises physical method including UV irradiation, X-ray irradiation and gamma-ray irradiation and chemical method by mutant organic treatment such as NTG(N-Methyl-N'-Nitro-N-Ntirosoguanidine) and EMS(Ethyl methane-sulfonate).
