CONSTITUTION: A track guarding apparatus for heavy construction equipment comprises a swing motor(120), a sprocket(130), a track link(140), a plurality of lower rollers(150), and a track guard(160). The swing motor is installed in an undercarriage frame(110). The sprocket is installed in an undercarriage frame. The track link is installed on the circumference of the swing motor and the sprocket. The plurality of lower rollers is installed in the lower portion of an undercarriage frame. The track guard is installed in the front lower portion of the undercarriage frame of a track(100). The track guard comprises a plurality of lower roller shaft insertion grooves(161), an undercarriage frame fastening unit(162), an impurity discharge groove(163), and a track link separation preventing unit(164). The plurality of lower roller shaft insertion grooves is installed on the upper portion of the track guide. The undercarriage frame fastening unit is installed between a pair of lower roller shaft insertion grooves. The impurity discharge groove is installed in the lower portion of each undercarriage frame fastening unit. The track link separation preventing unit is installed in the both sides of the impurity discharge groove.

The running motor frame comprises a foreign-material penetrating prevention unit. The foreign-material penetrating preventing unit guides a foreign material, which moves along a track, to be discharged to the ground surface.

    • PURPOSE: An amphibious dredger is provided to prevent the separation of a caterpillar tread, ensure excellent mobility, and enable easy supporting and fixing even at deep sea level. CONSTITUTION: An amphibious dredger comprises caterpillar assemblies(30), spud assemblies(90), a cutter(40), a cutter operating device(50), a blade washing unit(60), and a plurality of auxiliary blades. The caterpillar assemblies are respectively installed on both sides of a buoyant ship(10) to enable traveling both on the land and the water. The spud assemblies are installed on both sides of front and rear parts of the buoyant ship so that the vertical lengths can be controlled. The cutter is installed to rotate on the top of a bucket(16). The cutter operating device is installed behind the cutter. The blade washing unit is installed on the top of a support frame(80), above the cutter. The auxiliary blades are integrally formed along the perimeter of the caterpillar assemblies or assembled on the exterior of the caterpillar assemblies.
