The rotary shaft member is extended to the base frame and installed rotatably. The support frame is rotatably coupled around a rotary pin with respect to the rotary shaft member. The photovoltaic power generation module is installed on an upper surface of the support frame. The first and second driving units respectively rotate the support frame and rotary shaft member in order to move the photovoltaic power generation module corresponding to an incidence angle of sun lights. The tracking sensor unit comprises a fresnel lens and a plurality of temperature sensors. The fresnel lens collects the sun lights A plurality of the temperature sensors detects a temperature increase of a light concentration position of the fresnel lens.
