    • The present invention provides a method for immobilizing enzyme or biomaterial on active carbon which comprises the steps of: oxidizing surface of active carbon by processing acid, an oxidizing agent, or a mixture thereof with the active carbon; (b) reforming the active carbon in which the surface is oxidized with a substituent selected from a group including -NH2, -COOH, -NHS and -Biotin; and (c) immobilizing one or more enzymes or biomaterials selected from a group including lipase, glucose oxydase, laccase, catalase, microorganism, antigen, and antibody on the reformed active carbon. By immobilizing enzymes and the likes by reforming the active carbon according to the present invention, development of production progress for highly active enzyme catalysts can be possible, thereby high contribution to environmental and energy problems can be made.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing microorganism conjugate of lactic acid bacteria and/or yeast using collagen is provided to be used as a mosquito repellent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing microorganism conjugate comprises: a step of preparing a medium for culturing two or more kinds of a microorganisms among photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeast containing collagen particles; a step of sterilizing the medium; and a step of inoculating the culture liquid into a sterilized medium and culturing. The photosynthetic bacteria are Rhodopseudomonas sp. and Rhodopseudomonas palustris. The lactic acid bacteria are Lactobacillus sp. The yeast is Saccharomyces cereviciae. GABA is added in 0.1-1.5 weight parts during making the medium and during culture. A mosquito repellent composition contains the culture liquid of the microorganism conjugate as an active ingredient.
