    • PURPOSE: A gel polymer electrolyte composition is provided to easily control reaction rate and curing degree, to restraint volume change, to easily maintain stability of a manufacturing process and a product, and to have excellent response speed because of improved ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A gel polymer electrolyte composition comprises a 4-6 functional acryl-based compound, an ionic liquid, a polymerization initiator, and metal salt. The 4-6 functional acryl-based compound is one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of a compound in chemical formula 1 and a compound in chemical formula 2. The cation concentration of the metal salt is 0.5-1.5 mol/L. The electrochromic device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, electrochromic material, and the electrolyte formed through photocure of the gel polymer electrolyte composition.
