    • The present invention relates to a roller cleaning device. More specifically, the roller cleaning device includes a replaceable cloth for periodically and automatically cleaning a long roller used for film printing or the like. The roller cleaning device makes the cleaning cloth contact the roller to clean the surface of the roller. The roller cleaning device includes: a cleaning head which is covered by the cleaning cloth; and a hinge link member which is installed to make the cleaning cloth cover the cleaning head and to cover the outer surface of the cleaning head and fixates the cleaning cloth. The hinge link member comprises a side link which is hinged to a front link and a rear link, and is bent so as to join an end portion of the front link with the rear link. A portion of the end portion of the front link is overlapped with the rear link.

    • The present invention relates to a roller cleaning device having a replaceable cleaning head. More specifically, the roller cleaning device includes the replaceable cleaning head for automatically cleaning a long roller used for film printing or the like. The roller cleaning device includes: a cleaning head which allows a cleaning cloth to contact and clean the roller to be installed on the top thereof, and allows a projected flange projected to an outer side to be formed on a lower end portion thereof; a head frame that allows a slide groove in which the flange is inserted to be formed on the top thereof, and allows the cleaning head to be attached thereto or detached therefrom; a joining rod which penetrates the cleaning head, is inserted in the cleaning head to be rotatable, and includes a lock member formed one end portion thereof; and a joining plate which is fixated on the head frame and includes a slot formed thereon so as to snag the lock member of the joining rod when the lock member passes and then is rotated.

The control unit receives outer tube sensing signals from the outer tube supply sensors, thereby controlling the movement of the stopper and the transferring unit.
