      상기의 본 발명은 다수의 포스트바에 의해 지지되는 어퍼플레이트와 베이스플레이트의 양측에 구동축과 회전축을 축베어링에 의해 축설한 베이스부와, 상기 베이스부의 어퍼플레이트 일측에 탄력설치되어 회전에 의해 구동력을 전달하는 구동링크로 형성된 구동부와, 상기 구동부의 구동링크 단부에 결합되며 베이스부의 베이스플레이트에 고정된 가이드에 의해 가이드되는 랙기어를 형성하고 상기 랙기어에 치합되는 피니언기어를 구동축 하단에 일방향베어링으로 결합하며 구동축 중앙에는 직경과 기어수가 다른 상측구동기어와 하측구동기어를 키 결합하여 상기 하측구동기어에 회전축에 일방향베어링으로 결합 된 연결기어를 치합한 구동기어부와, 상기 구동기어부의 상측구동기어와 치합되는 변속기어를 회전축에 변속베어링으로 결합하고 상기 변속기어의 내측에는 회전축과 연동하여 원심력에 의해 변속기어와 결합되는 커플링으로 형성된 변속기어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
