CONSTITUTION: An application determining unit(130) compares tendency information of an application with an application reference information list following a preset policy. The application determining unit grasps service quality reference information about the application. A message processing unit(140) generates a service control request message for informing the tendency information/service quality reference information of the application to an M2M control server. A communication unit(150) transmits the generated service control request message to the M2M control server.

    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting a packet in a network in which the bandwidth of an external link is dynamic are provided to prevent the quality degradation of an external network service according to the change of an available bandwidth of the external link by assuring the tone quality of a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) and transmitting the packet to the external link in consideration of the available bandwidth of the external link and the characteristics of all application. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of terminals(110-1 to 110-n) connect to an office network(100), and transmit an approval request packet. If a response packet about the approval request packet is received, the terminals(110-1 to 110-n) extract priority information included in the response packet, and transmit a packet in which priority information is added. If the approval request packet is received from one terminal among the terminals(110-1 to 110-n), an IAD(Integrated Access Device)(120) transmits the response packet, including priority information invested according to an application and a user characteristic with reference to the available bandwidth of the external link(130) and use approval control information about the available bandwidth, to the terminal. If a packet except for the approval request packet is received from at least one terminal among the terminals(110-1 to 110-n), the IAD(120) schedules the received packet with reference to the available bandwidth of the external link(130) and use approval control information, and interfaces between the terminal and the external link(130) so that the received packet is transmitted to the external link(130) according to the schedule.
