CONSTITUTION: A housing(90) comprises a toner accommodating portion(10), a developing portion(13), and a toner supply window(8). A pair of rails(9) are formed along the longitudinal direction of the developing roller on the tonner supply window. A block member(80) includes a block portion. The block portion is inserted through an insertion hole of the housing side wall or removed from the pair of rails. The cut out part opens or closes the toner supply window.
