    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a paper fabric. The method for manufacturing a paper fabric according to the present invention comprises: an s1 step of preparing the paper fabric in which a junction unit connects a paper material and a stiffener to each other; an s2 step of performing a surface processing to the paper fabric by a surface treating unit and drying the same; and an s3 step of forming a wrinkle pattern to the surface-processed paper fabric by a wrinkle unit. The present invention is the paper fabric having a texture of natural leather, thereby reducing the fabric costs compared to the natural leather, being convenient to handle, and forming various patterns.

    • PURPOSE: A biodegradable seedling pot using cellulosic fibers, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer excellent water repellency, air permeability, and biodegradable property to the seedling pot. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a biodegradable seedling pot using cellulosic fibers comprises the following steps: inserting the cellulosic fibers into a material supply tank, and adding water into the tank for dissociating the cellulosic fibers; diluting the obtained cellulosic fiber suspension, and transferring to a mixer; adding a wet-end additive including a humidifying strength agent, water soluble wax, and AKD(alkyl ketene dimer) into the cellulosic fiber suspension; transferring the mixture to a seedling pot molding device, and firstly molding the mixture at 150-200 deg C with the pressure of 25-50 tones; transferring the first molded product to a molding press, and secondly molding at 200-300 deg C; and spraying a polylactic acid solution on the surface of the obtained seedling pot as a biodegradable repellent.
