    • PURPOSE: A polyester paint composition for anti-fouling PCM(pre-coated metal) outer surface having contamination- and acid-resistance and excellent self-cleaning ability is provided by applying polysilicate in an effective amount as a surface modifier into a paint composition for PCM having a polyester resin and melamine resin as principal substances. CONSTITUTION: In a polyester paint composition for anti-fouling PCM outer surface containing hydroxyl unsaturated polyester resin, melamine resin, hardening promoter, co-promoter and hardening catalyst, a silicate surface modifier represented by following chemical formula I is characteristically included in an amount of 1wt%-15wt% in the whole composition. In the chemical formula I, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 represent hydrogen, methyl group or ethyl group and they can be same or different.

    • PURPOSE: A fluorine paint composition using a fluorine resin of a fluoroolefin copolymer and as a cross linking agent isocyanate resin or melamine resin to enable to be cured at low and high temperatures and forming an organic and/or composite layer comprising an inorganic composite compound of fluorine resin and alkylsilicate on the upper part of a coating is provided which has characteristics hardly causing lipophilic contaminants to be deposited and having excellent appearance for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 15 to 40% by weight (in terms of solid content) of a fluoroolefin copolymer; 5 to 20% by weight of cross linking resin selected from isocyanate resin, blockisocyanate resin and melamine resin; below 40% by weight of pigment selected from calcined ceramic colored pigment, metallic pigment and mica pigment; 0.2 to 2% by weight of a precipitation preventing agent for pigment; 0.0001 to 1.0% by weight of a curing accelerating agent selected from a tin-containing organic compound and an acid catalyst; below 3% by weight of an absorbent; 25 to 65% by weight of a solvent; and 2 to 10% by weight of an alkylsilicate composite compound. The composition also reduces maintenance and energy cost.
