The packing module comprises a bag withdrawal module, a bag opening module, and a sealing module. The bag withdrawal module draws packing bags out of the bag cartridge unit. The bag opening unit opens an opening of the packing bags to insert waste in the packing bags. The sealing module seals around the opening of the packing bags in a state where the waste is inserted in the packing bags.
