摘要： The BL motor reduces power consumption with asymetrical driving coils and improves the performance. A printed circuit board (3) detects the revolving speed of rotor (2) and is installed between a stator (1) and the rotor (2). The printed circuit board (3) forms the semi-circular type in order to increase the number of wires. The current of the stator coils magnetizes the coil (1a) and the flux of the magnet (2a) revolves the rotor (2) . The half of the stator coil secures the space of the speed detection printed circuit board (3) and thus the flux density is increased under the condition of the same volume.

摘要： 본 발명은 직류 무정류자 모터에 FG신호를 착자하는 방법에 관한것으로, 영구자석을 회전자요크에 부착시켜 착자하고, FG자석의 외부표면에 영구자석의 누설자속을 측정한후, 측정된 누설자석을 상쇄시킬만한 신호를 FG신호에 착자시키며, 착자된 신호에 의해 영구자석의 누설자속을 상쇄시키고나서 FG자석에 FG신호를 착자하는 과정을 거쳐 FG자석에 FG신호를 착자함으로서, 영구자석이 FG자석에 미치는 누설자속의 FG신호 AM성분을 현저히 감소시키는 동시에 모터 속도제어 정밀도 또한 한층 높일수 있도록 한 것이다.
