    • PURPOSE: Provided is a sleeve for securing reinforcement bar having iron framework reinforcement concrete structure to improve the constructional process by welding the sleeve to the iron framework column and installing supplement reinforcement bars in field. CONSTITUTION: The sleeve(10) having rectangular or circular pipe type has iron framework column(20) pre-manufactured corresponding to number of supplement bars. The sleeve(10) has also a number of welding grooves(11) to integrate the supplement bars(30) and the sleeve(10). The supplement bars(30) are inserted into the sleeve(10) then welded near the welding grooves(11). Each of the welding grooves(11) has a surface area larger than a cross-section area having diameter of the supplement bars(30) at least two-half times. The process for mounting the supplement bars(30) is accomplished by steps of welding the sleeve(10); mounting the welded sleeve(10) together with the iron framework(20); inserting the supplement bar into the sleeve(30); then welding in field the welding groove(11) portion.

      본 고안의 철근고정용 슬리브는 철골철근콘크리트(SRC) 구조에서 보철근을 설치하기 위하여 종래에 별도의 스티프너를 철골기둥에 설치하고 보철근은 스티프너 위에 현장용접시키던 공정을 개선하여, 공장에서 철골고정용 슬리브를 철골기둥에 용접결합하고 현장에서 보철근을 삽입후 용접하도록 함으로서 현장기능공의 기능도와 상관없이 품질확보가 용이하고 시공성을 향상하게 되고 종래에 보철근의 끝부분에 나사산을 가공하여 철골기둥에 형성되어 있는 폼세이버에 끼우던 것을 개선하여, 보철근의 인발방지를 위한 용접홀을 철골고정용 슬리브에 형성하여 철근과 슬리브간을 용접결합함으로서 나사산이 형성된 폼세이버 및 철근에 나사산을 가공함에 따른 공사비 상승을 방지하여 공사원가가 절감되게 된다.

    • The present invention relates to a construction method capable of remarkably reducing construction periods for one floor by maximally reducing work elements and required time for each process and of rapidly developing required strength in an early stage by putting a high early-strength admixture in concrete. The bottom of a standard floor is divided into a plurality of working sections. After a slab mold and reinforcing bars are arranged and assembled in order of the section for marking on the bottom of a concrete slab, installing the reinforcing bars of a column, installing a mold for the column, installing the mold for a wall, installing a supporting post, and constructing the bottom of an upper floor, the concrete is placed on from the section of which a work is completed so that the standard floor is constructed in two days since the concrete is placed on the standard floor. The point of the construction method is in a production control system optimizing the management of the mold and breaking existing idea on an existing construction work management method. The present invention reduces construction time of 5-10 days by one floor to two days so that labor productivity is remarkably improved. The present invention also remarkably reduces indirect costs and financial costs through the reduction of the construction periods so that business performances of a client are largely improved.
