    • PURPOSE: Side sill structure including a wiring route for a vehicle is provided to improve the strength of the side sill, and to enhance appearance without protruding outward by installing the wiring route with modifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A side sill(10) is composed of an outer panel(11) and an inner panel(12), and a center floor panel(13) is formed in the inner panel. A reinforcing panel(14) is installed between the outer panel and the inner panel of the side sill. A rectangular wiring route(20) is formed at the inside of the inner panel. The width of the inner panel is reduced, and a rectangular wiring protector(30) is formed vertically in the inner panel. The wiring route is formed in the wiring protector, and a carpet(15) is contacted to the center floor panel. The carpet is installed horizontally in the upper part of the floor panel, and bent downward from the upper part of the protector. Appearance is improved with forming the wiring route by modifying the structure. Strength is improved with installing the reinforcing panel in the side sill.

    • PURPOSE: Vehicle roof rack installation structure is provided to perform maintenance conveniently and efficiently, and to cut down costs by installing a roof rack trim in a roof rack on a head lining and removing the roof rack trim at maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A roof molding(4) is fixed between a roof panel(3) and an outer panel(3), and a head lining is installed between the roof panel and the outer panel. A stanchion roof rack mounting(7) having a roof rack side bar(6) is fixed by a roof rack molding(8) in the upper part of the roof molding. A roof rack trim(9) is fixed in the roof rack on the head lining. The roof rack trim is removed from the head lining, and a fixing bolt(10) and a nut(11) are unscrewed at maintenance of the roof rack installation structure. The working cost is reduced, and the maintenance is performed efficiently by reducing working hours.
