    • PURPOSE: A touch screen-based light control device and system are provided to display a space desired for light control on a touch screen, thereby helping a user's intuitive judgment. CONSTITUTION: A light control device includes a touch screen part, a control part, a screen configuration part, and a light adjustment part. The touch screen part displays a floor plan and multiple switch icons (101-104) on a screen region (100) and outputs a location signal by detecting the contact of a contact object. The control part receives the location signal and determines a region on the floor plan and controls a light corresponding to a switch icon if the switch icon is displayed on the region. The screen configuration part controls the touch screen in order to display the switch icons on the screen region in response to an image signal. The light adjustment part controls multiple lights in response to a light control signal.
